MY OCEAN ADVENTURES: The First Annual Quiksilver Ku Ikaika Challenge at Makaha Point, Oahu presented

The world's top Stand Up Paddle surfers brave big surf off the west coast of Oahu. This segment features
music by the legendary surf guitar band, The Atlantics from Australia. I edited this segment to be interview
free and it's a compilation of my best water shots from the six hours I was in the water shooting with
my V1U HDV camera by Sony. I spent four hours on the back of a jet ski driven by Mike Fox of C4 Waterman
as we dodged the bombs and two hours swimming by the famous Makaha Bowl. No heavy beat downs this day,
but still lots of fun.

MY OCEAN ADVENTURES features the behind the scenes antics of ocean adventure TV producer and underwater
cameraman, Ray Hollowell. Viewers will see what it takes to get quality footage in order to create exciting
ocean adventure television programming.
Many segments will feature the world's greatest watermen and women and their unique lifestyles that
are based all around Mother Ocean. From swimming in big surf while filming a surf contest, to getting
epic shots of ocean animals in the pristine waters off the Hawaiian coastline, MY OCEAN ADVENTURES will
feature it all.
Each 4 to 7 minute episode is filmed with the intention of highlighting the beauty of our magnificent
marine environment and to show viewers how to enjoy it with respect and ecological regard. Our mission
is to inspire people of all ages, worldwide, to protect and preserve our precious ocean environment.
